We have reversed engineer and/or created over 34 3D printed parts to replace rusted or difficult to locate parts for classic 1950 and 1960 era Chevy cars. We have shipped over 1000 of those parts to supply low rate demand for these products by car enthusiasts across the nation. We have also reverse engineered more challenging internal ducts and metal parts that are commercially printed or laser cut from metal.
We have worked with an entrepreneur/inventor to develop unique hair cutting guides to fit popular hair clippers sold via Amazon. Over 25 versions each for two different clipper models. These designs are then ordered as 3D commercial prints or injection molded directly by our Customer to get the best price.
We worked with a startup company in New York to create patented interfaces with weapon simulants. Each design allowed an off the shelf air powered weapon to be used safely in training while still experiencing the heft and feel of the real weapon. These simulants allow a user to experience real world scenarios in military and police training. More than 250 total simulants of 4 different types were modified and shipped using 3D printing during low rate production.
Many or our 350 customers are just looking to print something they found on popular 3D model sites or have us create a design for their personal use. We offer affordable design rates and printing prices low enough for anyone to afford. We take pride in helping others turn an idea into reality. You can go to commercial sites and overseas suppliers to get lower prices or materials we can't supply, but our engineering experience makes sure you end up with a design that will function as intended and print economically.
At the request of a customer, we created a nozzle to fit a commercial spray head that is more robust and have supplied over 200 3D printed assemblies. An equivalent injection molded part would require significant tooling expense and a part price that is not significantly less than the 3D printed price due to threads required at both ends.
